Portrait by David Hettinger

I scored again Tuesday night as David gifted me with a portrait from 20 years ago. The model didn't show up so we all took turns doing 20 minute poses. I had just recently filed through some of those as we were asked to share early work with the group. Have to locate again as my piles were redistributed for Christmas morning. But so much else to do today. Thank you David!

Wow, two of David's pieces in your collection now. Lovely portrait.

Hmmm looks like I need to drop in on Tuesday nights. I think this is twice in the last year I was in Naperville the night the model didn't show.

An original of Doris given to Doris. How much better can it get. Such a simplistic sketch (pencil is magical) that has realms of beauty to it. I feel the happiness in your voice, as if the Universe is opening up now and showering you with gifts. I think you're headed down the right path! You go girl!
