Arthouse Sketchbook and Acrylic Study
I worked again last night on acrylic painting and carried it a bit further. Intended to work more this evening but backed up with business aspects. My photos , taken at vet clinic are pretty bad as the flash distorts the view, but an impression is here.
Another page in my way too far behind vanity sketchbook. Camera kept flashing and colors receded. But another page it is! More Danger to come!

Keep expanding your methods there Doris. The acrylic piece is looking great! Looking forward to seeing more.
Thanks Bob!
As for the Sketch book project, I'm addeding up doing what ever and some how it's tying together with the theme... I've glued my pages together and it's cut down on how many to complete... cheating or now I figure I've got to finish this thing... grabbing on like Captin on this one..
Love your sketchbook picture Doris, you've got a great talent for book illustration! It looks full of energy! :)
I had to check your previous acrylic painting to compare. LOVING the darker colors now.Like velvet! And her skin is translucent. Really makes the woman jump. To me, she looks like she is sitting by the ocean,a free spirit, yet that beige around her and through her seems to allow her to merge with nature! I'm reading so much more into this now and feel a personal connection!Acrylics seem to be your new forte!
