Wow, what an enlightening letter. Did you write that Doris? In the chaos of the holidays, I bet pets are often forgotten or at least taken for granted that they can cope. Thanks for opening my eyes. I'll pass this letter on. Are those doggies yours behind the fence? The top picture reminds me of I forgot his name who took a wolf portrait (maybe painting) peeking from behind a tree (Jim Brandenberg)? Heartwarming photos to go with letter, wish I could give them a big hug.

Those are some of my pups Bev, Spike, Captain Destructo, and Sadie. I had intended to take photos of the new horse neighbors with a sunset behind them, but when they saw me coming they came to greet me! The dogs aren't given opportunity outside the fence, so sad.
I wrote this article a few years back and am rerunning in local paper next week.

I love those darling pups of yours. I'm sure my Jack would love to play with them. He is definately not left out in the holiday season. He makes sure of it hehehe.

I was going to ask if the dogs were peeking through the fence at the horses! Well, you got good shots of them anyway!

Doris seem to be missing. Haven't heard from her in awhile. Hope she's just busy and that all is well.
